Soongsil University operates exchange students program which provides an opportunity to foreign students around the globe. Under reciprocal exchange agreement between Universities, that is for foreign students to study at Soongsil for credit while paying fees at their home institution, foreign students are able to seek to study at Soongsil as an exchange student for one semester or full academic year.

For eligible students, the application process is advised to initiate through their home universities' international exchange office.

A. ADMISSION PROCEDURE

Application for admission will be based on a review of the documents submitted below.


• a. Exchange Student Application Form in the back of this booklet
  (Photocopied forms may be used.)
• b. A transcript of academic records
• c. A short essay on why you have chosen to study in Korea at Soongsil, the goals you wish to achieve, and your future plans (in Korean or in English)
• d. Photos : 6 photographs ; For Application Form(1), IES Registration Form(1), ID Card(1)
