THE GRADUATE SCHOOL OF INDUSTRIAL STUDIES HISTORY
The Graduate School of Industrial Studies was established in November, 1980 with the educational objective of offering an excellent training ground for qualified professionals who will lead the nation`s industrial development. In the first year of its opening, the school admitted 150 candidates in 8 separate Master`s programs. Since then, programs in environmental engineering (November, 1982), semi-conductor engineering, engineering education (March, 1985), and architectural engineering (September, 1993) have been added, currently offering 11 programs to 185 candidates.
