| THE GRADUATE SCHOOL OF INDUSTRIAL STUDIES HISTORY |
The Graduate School of Industrial Studies was established
in November, 1980 with the educational objective of offering an excellent
training ground for qualified professionals who will lead the nation`s industrial
development. In the first year of its opening, the school admitted 150 candidates
in 8 separate Master`s programs. Since then, programs in environmental engineering
(November, 1982), semi-conductor engineering, engineering education (March,
1985), and architectural engineering (September, 1993) have been added,
currently offering 11 programs to 185 candidates. |
