THE GRADUATE SCHOOL OF LABOR AND MANAGEMENT RELATIONS HISTORY
The Graduate School of Labor and Management Relations was established in November, 1988 to provide a nurturing ground for qualified professionals who will contribute to the harmonious relationship between labor and management and the economic development of the nation. It started out with 2 Master's programs and 60 candidates. In March, 1990 the number of the school's programs was expanded to 8 - labor and management relations, labor policy, labor economics, labor law, business administration, public administration, economics, and law, with 120 candidated inrolled. In March, 1992, the enrollment allowance was increased to 135.

Since September, 1989, the school has offered a 6-month intensive program in labor/management leadership and produced 400 graduates through 8 sessions.

Soongsil's Graduate School of Labor and Management Relations is the first and the only institution of its kind in Korea. The school strives to offer its candidates an excellent curriculum and faculty to satisfy the demand of the present society.
